I live in Minnesota with my husband of nearly 27 years and our three children. I began my career in healthcare, serving as a Health Information Management (HIM) Director, where I spent over 20 years implementing and supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. My experience in managing complex data systems and leading operational improvements provided a strong foundation for my next professional chapter.

In 2019, I transitioned to the education sector when I was hired by a private school to lead the implementation of Veracross and serve as the system’s in-house expert. Over the past six years, I have immersed myself in all aspects of Veracross, gaining extensive hands-on experience across Admissions and Enrollment, Financial Aid, Development, Academics, Student Billing, and Communications. I take great pride in troubleshooting issues, developing innovative solutions, training staff, and managing the daily operations of the system.

I have completed all Veracross project area trainings and certifications, including the Service Partnership Training and Certification. I continue to expand my expertise every day and am passionate about helping other schools implement, optimize, and fully leverage Veracross to meet their unique needs.

I am excited to bring my deep knowledge, problem-solving skills, and enthusiasm for system improvement to my work as a Veracross consultant—helping schools harness the full potential of Veracross to achieve their goals.
